| STUDY -- Have the nominees valued scholarship by: - Engaging in formal and/or informal study, scholarly project and activities? - Exhibiting an enquiring mind? - Searching for enlightenment and truth in the tradition of other great Dominicans? - Helping others to acquire knowledge, enlightenment and truth through teaching, writing, communicating, sharing? PRAYER -- Have the nominees demonstrated faith by: - Making prayer an integral part of their lives? - Relying on prayer for sustenance through daily living, disappointments, trials, triumphs |
| and tragedies - Reflecting Christian principles, traits and values in their personal, professional and community relationships? - Identifying and respecting the uniqueness of each individual? MINISTRY -- Have the nomoinees confirmed a commitment to excellence by: - Diligently, and with dedication, ministering to the needs of family, church, profession and/or community? - Influencing the lives of family, friends, congregational and professional colleagues and acquaintances through positive example? - Consistently living by a code of moral ethics in their personal, family, |
